Dr. Rodmehr Ajdari

Rodmehr Ajdari is a double board certified Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the Foot Care Centers in Vineland, New Jersey. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ABFAS) and a diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM).

He is originally from Southern California and attended the University of California Irvine for his undergraduate studies and later went on to complete a four year doctoral degree at the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University. He re-located to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he completed a three year Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency with the added Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle credential.

Dr. Ajdari is committed to providing the highest level patient care and is well versed with the newest and most up to date surgical procedures and treatment modalities. He is an active member of the research community and has published several papers throughout his career. While in residency, Dr. Ajdari had developed educational tools for podiatric medical students in the form of interactive mobile applications to help grasp and better understand certain concepts in podiatric medicine.

He plans to continue to implement technology to promote education among his field. In his spare time, Dr. Ajdari enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He has recently taken a strong interest in general aviation.

Dr. Tedman L. Tan

Dr. Tedman L. Tan is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine now practicing in Vineland, New Jersey and is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Originally from the Philippines, he migrated to the United States and settled in Mays Landing, New Jersey. As soon as he arrived in the United States, he was accepted in the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (now Stockton University) and completed four years of undergraduate studies, earning the magna cum laude award with a degree in BS Biology. He continued his studies for four more years in Philadelphia, receiving his doctorate at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He then returned to South Jersey and completed three years of residency at Inspira Health Network in Vineland, New Jersey, where he received well-rounded training in the field of podiatric medicine, including foot and ankle surgery, wound care, pediatrics, trauma, and reconstructive procedures. He also completed two months of training at the Rubin Institute of Advance Orthopedics in Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Tan now has attending status at Inspira Health Network. He has close involvement with the Inspira Health Network podiatry residency program, participating in weekly academic meetings and journal discussions with residents and other attendings. He is eager to teach and be involved in the training of students and residents participating in the program to propagate and cultivate the oncoming generations of future practitioners of podiatric medicine.

Dr. Tan remains up to date with recent journals and articles and participates in continuing medical education. While he employs tried and tested traditional techniques in podiatric medical care, he is also open to gain more knowledge about new and developing technologies in the ever-advancing field of podiatric medicine.

Calling South Jersey his new home, he is ready to directly serve the South Jersey community by promoting good health and providing excellent podiatric health care.

Dr. Farhad Foroudi

Dr. Foroudi was born and raised in Houston Texas. He completed his B.S. degree in Biology at Texas A&M University. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA where he studied with a holistic and collaborative approach to health and medicine. He completed his three year surgical residency at Chestnut Hill Hospital, part of the Tower Health system in Philadelphia, PA where he held the position of Chief podiatry resident.

Dr. Foroudi is trained in surgical treatment of foot and ankle related pathologies including bunions, hammertoes, flatfoot reconstruction, sports medicine, trauma, diabetic wounds/limb salvage, and advanced conservative therapies. Dr. Foroudi strongly believes that providing clear communication and honesty with each patient is just as important as staying current with new surgical techniques and treatment modalities. He is thrilled to continue his podiatric career in South Jersey and strives to ensure his patients receive a personalized treatment plan that they can appreciate and understand. He aims to have each patient feel that he is with them every step of the way on the path to recovery and is dedicated to the overall well-being and mobility of all his patients.

Dr. Foroudi’s interests outside of work include music production, visual/digital design creation and mountain biking.

Dr. Ryan Hippler

Originally from Charleston, WV, Dr. Ryan Hippler earned a B.S. in biology from West Virginia University before completing his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH. He completed a three-year podiatric and surgical residency with added reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery credential at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, where he was named Chief Podiatry Resident.

Dr. Hippler strongly believes in working with his patients to create individualized management and prevention plans. To create these plans, Dr. Hippler brings his education and experiences with executing diagnostic tests, analyzing diagnostic images, and treating acute and chronic wounds. He has an ambition for lifelong learning and staying up-to-date in podiatric medicine and is committed to listening to his patients’ concerns and lived experiences, so that, together, they can create a plan that both doctor and patient agree upon.

Dr. Hippler is excited to work with the community in South Jersey to bring them excellent podiatric care. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, including snowboarding, hiking, kayaking, and going on walks and runs with his wife and young son.

Dr. Charles Birk

Dr. Charles Birk is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated in 1987 as Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Birk completed his surgical residency at the Tucson VA Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona.

Dr. Birk also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey, where he studied biological science and education. He graduated cum laude and performed one year of student teaching at Rutgers University.

Dr. Charles Birk, Podiatrist currently runs a private practice in Podiatric Medicine with two locations in Cape May Court House, NJ and Beesley’s Point, NJ.
